I'm a mother and a wife. I'm from St. Louis but spent half of my childhood in Virginia Beach. I miss it dearly but it will always be a part of me. I'm earthy, knowledgeable, a great cook and gardener. I'm an aspiring Yogi, Holistic Wellness Practitioner, and Lay Dharma teacher in Chu'an Mahayana Buddhism in the Linji school. I'm a direct decedent of Japan. I consider myself Asian-American and don't care what you think. I'm a bit of a hippie and also a bit of rockabilly.
