While completing my studies in Business Administration, I discovered my deep interest in production management, innovation, process optimization and quality management. Thus, after first few months of contact with the administrative management of the company, I started working on operational consulting in Kaizen Institute, a multinational company specialized in supporting companies in all kind of industries, in the knowledge, design and development of Continuous Improvement (Lean) and Innovation projects.
