With a long experience in Consumer Electronic development (Philips, Sony...), I gradually took over the products/projects initiatives becoming Product Owner (Agile) of an Android application/library.
It is always a very interesting moment when you see that what you started from scratch alone as developper becomes alive in the expert hands of your today's team (Up to 8 persons). You bringing the directions, the mood and the quality, the team their technical expertise. And being all rewarded by our customer for the quality of our work at the end.
That's great! And that's what I like.
