-Management of R&D team foccusing readjust products performance and introducing of new powder admixtures and additives for cement and gypsum mortars; -Launched new line of DPP (PLV brand), CE (Celotex Brand) and special additives products; -Development of mortars (CTA, Tile Grouts, Repair Mortars, SLU, Renders, Stuccos, Skim Coats, and others) all around Brazil and South America; -Management of QC team foccusing on total control of products produced since raw-material to end product, through a very strict process analysis; -Management of Technical Assistance team foccusing on solving problems of customers and introducing new opportunities; -Promote new studies on durability of materials.
