Worked with fruit and vegetables post-harvest at the Post-harvest Lab at Federal University of Lavras from 04/2004 to 12/2007. Joined a 12 months (04/2008 to 04/2009) on-the-job training in The Ohio International Agricultural & Horticultural Intern Program. I'm currently working as new business and product development consultant.
