I am a Design Researcher and certified facilitator of "Método Lombart - Design Thinking", by Imagine Creativity Center & Creativity Certification Program. My role is contribute to define the opportunity area, based on the customer insights, and facilitate the process of ideation and prototyping in order to define the vision of service.
