In a nutshell - I solve problems and make people happy. I thrive in the rough and tumble of the start-up environment - but don't expect me to be happy if you need to look over my shoulder all day. I value customer service as the most important driver of business success, but understand that the bottom line must be met. I love to learn and willingly share that knowledge with team-mates and others. I happily work across silo's (even with resistance) as it's often the only way to truly solve a problem.
