After significant experiences in Contact Center and CRM environment in 2000 I've joined Cisco.
I've carry on in building my technical knowledge and I've acquired expertise in both Cisco traditional products and the innovative VoIP "Collaboration" solution and following the evolution of Communication Manager and Cisco Unified Presence Server.
