Over the past 10+ years, I have developed a track record of success in Operations, Logistics and Business Development. As a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, I operate under a data driven decision making mentality. Six Sigma is by definition a methodology, management practice and a philosophy. There are some that would say that it is a set of tools that has become outdated. To those people, I always ask them when continuous improvement in oneself and an organization became outdated.
