 Install, maintain, diagnose and repair PC Hardware, Printers and other IT peripherals.
 Install networking equipment such as Network Cabling, Network Switches, Access Points
 and Network Printers etc. when required.
 Install, troubleshoot and maintain all approved collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe products.
 Reader, WinZip/WinRAR, McAfee VirusScan, CITRIX client etc.
 Provide 2nd layer support related to Advanced Troubleshooting.
 Analyze problems and develop creative solutions by research and vendor resources.
 Register, prioritize and follow up all tasks using IT ServiceDesk application.
 Follow standard IT ServiceDesk procedures to s
