I am one of the unique creation of Allah, who loves to engage in peace work, human rights, and development work. My 10 yrs. of extensive experience towards peace and development work in conflict-affected areas are 1) building partnerships among government institutions, civil society, non-government organizations, and communities; 2) designing, managing and implementing projects and policies; 3) organizing communities; 4) upholding human rights especially that of women and children; 5) participation in the conduct of research; Evaluation Study; and Assistance Program for Mindanao; and 6) Building capacities of stakeholders.
