By far one of the most enriching things I have done has been working for WINGS as a yoga instructor to a class of sweet and loving 7-9 year olds. I believe teaching yoga to children is the key to our future. If we can teach children to self-soothe, meditate, and how to incorporate movement into their day, I believe they will have a happy, more secure life.
