My love and joy is working with children and the community. I enjoy international work especially in Africa, Belize, Cuba and Mexico. My volunteer work is important to me, because I always want to work with people who almost nothing. I help develop food cooperatives, charter schools, deliver medical supplies to international countries who may not have soap or clean towels to help a women deliver a baby. I really enjoy teaching people how to use the soy bean for human consumption. In my professional life, I am a professor at Contra Costa College.
