As the Senior Vice President of Global PMO at CBRE, I am in charge of our organizational redesign, expanding the role of the Global PMO, implementing effective measurment criteria for our portoflio and driving investment maximization. My organization is involved in every major initiative including corporate strategy, capital projects, M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration activities.
