I have been a Tech Entrepreneur, Strategic Advisor and Consultant since 2004 and have founded 8 ventures with 2 exits. I’ve identified market opportunities, designed, built and financed 3 technology product companies. First was a FinTech startup (ebdex) which disrupted invoicing and supply chain finance market.
Lessons learnt from ebdex, created the tech ecosystem in Manchester (Techcelerate), UK from 2006 to 2013, which grew into a 2,300 strong community of tech entrepreneurs, investors and dealmakers. The flagship event (Northern Tech Awards) was acquired by investment bank, GP Bullhound in 2013.
