Professor Manuel Regueiro is BSc Geology, by the Complutese University of Madrid (1979). Since 2005 he is Chief of External Affairs of the Geological Survey of Spain (IGME), although he has been working (and still works) the last 18 years as a specialist on industrial minerals and rocks in the Industrial Minerals and Rocks Department of the Mineral Resources Division of the Spanish Geological Survey and as Associate Professor of the Department of Crystallography and Mineralogy of the School of Geology of the Complutense University of Madrid, where he lectures on subjects such as Mining Geology in 5th course of Geology and Mineral Raw Materials in 1st course of Material Engineering.
