As a Senior Solutions Consultant with Pronto I provide Pre-Sales support to both Account Managers and New Business Developers. I assist my clients in reevaluating their existing business process with their end goals in mind. Being the lead consultant I work very closely with my clients to completely understand their business needs, prepare tender responses and then formulate and demonstrate solutions that deliver on their desired outcomes.
