I hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (focused on System Engineering at Sociotechnical Systems), and a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering (focused on Human Factors in Software Engineering); all his titles were obtained in Escola Politécnica (Engineering School) da Universidade de São Paulo.
