enFocus is a non-profit start-up that redefines the relationship between innovation, entrepreneurship, and economic development, creating a more positive environment for South Bend and its citizens. enFocus empowers seven graduates of the ESTEEM program to work closely with local business, community and political leaders for a year-long fellowship. The fellows spend the majority of their time working with sponsors to solve business problems that benefit the community, as well as to identify new business opportunities that spur economic growth.
