Appointed twice as Expatriate Director, living during 2 years in La Paz, Bolivia where I had direct experience to build up the company (from 9 employees to 78 employees) also living during 2 year in San Jose, Costa Rica responsible for 8 countries with direct experience to re-design the company (from 180 employees to 120 employees). Job rotation in Spain, Sweden and Ireland.
