Marek is a consultanta specializes in helping companies in the effective implementation of principles of Lean Manufacturing and Lean Transformation, based on Toyota Production System.
Majority of Marek’s knowledge and experience of Lean Transformation practices comes from working for seven years for Toyota Motor Manufacturing in Canada. He was one of the first managers hired for this start up operation, where he held positions in Training, Education and Manufacturing.
Marek has been consulting as a Lean Transformation advisor for the last 18 years in North America, Europe and Asia, where he has a proven track record of successful implementation of principles of Lean Transformation.
