Maria has studied Management of Human Resources at the University of Economics in Cracow and has worked as an Associate Consultant at Devonshire. Maria combined her studies with working as an HR & Admin Manager at Troaching Institute: she is responsible for recruitment (incl. testing), training new team members, settlements, preparing contracts, finance and IT. She also carries out sourcing, research of decision makers in companies and headhunters, manages databases and prepares documents for clients in Polish and English.
