PhD in Aeronautics and Mechanical Engineering from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA) in 2009. Master's degree in Microelectronics and Electrical Engineering from the University of S達o Paulo (USP) in 2005. Research interests: - Wide Bandgap semiconductor materials and devices, especially those based on silicon carbide and diamond; - Microfabrication Technology; - MEMS devices, particularly piezoresistive and piezoelectric sensors; - Microelectronic devices (diodes and TFTs); - Thin Films and Coatings; - Biocompatible Materials; - Aerospace Materials; -Energy Conversion and Storage.
