I have designed many projects over the years, primarily in retail and residential. Currently doing residential projects, volunteering, working on continuing education and managing real estate holdings while looking for a permanent position. I have been working with a Dallas developer to find development opportunities in Milwaukee and Madison. I do strategic analysis + real estate conception, infused within planning and architectural design to reconcile market opportunity with investment strategy.
