In recruiting there is a philosophy, an art and a practice that drives success. It is a very unique industry that is directly responsible for scaling all other industries, and requires leadership that understands and capitalizes on facets particular to an organization. I take a very hands-on approach that provides both support and freedom for my team through a structured environment. I don’t take my responsibilities as a mentor lightly, and I instill both knowledge and know-how with space for creativity and metrics to gauge their success (which ultimately is a gauge of my own). Currently I manage a high-performance recruiting team partnered with the fastest-growing, disruptive technology.
