Mark S. Wagner, MD is the Director of One Care Medical Center in Santa Ana. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from UC Irvine with degrees in Biology and Chemistry before attended UCLA School of Medicine. After completing an Emergency Medicine Residency at Harbor UCLA, he practiced Emergency Medicine for 30 years throughout LA and Orange Counties.
