Marlou is specialized in leadership, change management, strategy and good governance issues. She graduated at the Post Graduate study Management Consultancy at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam and has an international certification for Management Consultancy. At the moment her focus is on high performance in schools, in which capacity building is essential. Creating collective capacity is her core quality. Capacity building is focussed on leveraging the skills and attitudes of people to perform better in the (near) future, and be able to constantly adapt to changes necessary for keeping the performance of the school of other organization at a high level.
