Throughout my career, I've worked in a range of roles within design, marketing, and advertising agencies and while I've enjoyed aspects of each of them, my true strengths and passions are in client management and staffing. I love putting together the 鈥減uzzle pieces鈥� of resource allotment, project prioritization, duration of needs and role expertise. I find excitement in maximizing efficiency, am a seasoned expert at having difficult conversations with many levels of stake holders and I am well versed at partnering with teams to brainstorm all possible solutions.
