• Develop strategic, new, and innovative solutions to ensure that Save Mart is able to recruit the best talent pool possible.
• Oversee both recruiting functions for Corporate and Retail Store positions, thereby leading, developing and assisting the Recruitment team to achieve and execute all of the recruitment department’s goals.
