It is impossible to know our future. Inspite of all known and to be discovered trends, in the end it primarily comes down to the choices we make in our working life, as individuals and collaborators. My goal as a professional is to create and support a movement of change for the better (vague: I know) and create a new sustainable balance as a a consequence (still vague) starting with the way we work together and sharing knowledge along the way (even vaguer).
