Telecommunications; Medical Aid; Financial Services; Retail and Hospitality.  My last 4 years was at management level. I am extremely passionate about my profession and particularly enjoy being a Business Partner, focussing on Performance Management; Talent management; Psychological Assessments; Leadership Development; Organisational development and Labour Relations.
