After spending many years as a software developer, designer, and architect, I have moved over to the policy and training side of things. Being part of the Quality Assurance organization has offered me a tremendous opportunity to help many teams and individuals as they strive to find the best way to create software solutions. My recent activities have been focused on Agile development. I currently run a community of practice with over 600 members, hosting monthly meetings.
