Matthew specialises in the use of real estate as an enabler for change. He is a Chartered Surveyor, holds a degree in property valuation and finance, and a masters in corporate real estate. He has worked on projects in every major European market as well as Turkey and China. He specialises in the development and execution of real estate strategies that support and drive the growth of an organisation by providing the right platform at the right cost with the appropriate amount of flexibility. Matthew has a deep understanding of the various sources of (emerging) capital to fund the occupation of real estate which helps inform all major real estate decisions.
