I always see the challenge in finding the constructive payroll solution and being in control of payroll, looking at the complete end-to-end process. I take on the accountability for ensuring compliance and accurate reporting by running payroll efficient, effective and transparent. Of course, with al it's (global) challenges this cannot be done without a trusting and excellent team. I therefore tend to create such a team around me and invest in them. In both personal and professional life (as if there are many differences) I'm driven by the motto of Michel de Montaigne: 'Que sais-je?'​ or 'What do I know?'.
