Dr. Tokgozoglu is a Professor of Orthopedics and Traumatology at the Hacettepe
University Faculty of Medicine in Ankara, Turkey. After his graduation and
residency at the Hacettepe University he completed a Clinical Adult
Reconstruction Fellowship at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.
After two years of study he returned to the Hacettepe University to pursue an
academic career. His main areas of interest are primary and revision total joint
arthroplasty surgery and management of infection and tumor reconstruction. He
was the President of the European Hip Society between 2004 and 2006. He
