I am an experienced Operations Leader of large, diverse teams and current business owner with more than 10 years of increasing levels of leadership. The majority of my experience is in Title IV operations or as it is better know, Higher Education Student Finance. Most recently in that industry, I supervised multiple service teams at the home office of DeVry University including a national training team, call center, national internal and external communications team and a quality assurance/process improvement team.
