Melaku Tafese Awulachew(https://orcid.org/0000-0002-9215-9582)is a researcher in the Food Science and Nutrition Research Directorate, Ethiopian Institute of Agricultural Research, Ethiopia, M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering specialization in Food Engineering (2023), and B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering in specialization in Process Engineering (2015). He is the head of the Laboratories of Soil Science and Nutrition Research and later the head of Food Science and Nutrition Research for one term.
