I’m a passionate and successful manager with 9 years experience in various markets and positions.  Roles vary from mid-management within the financial services, program manager for strategic and operational change in both large and medium sized companies, as well as 2 start-up experiences as an entrepreneur. In all these roles people, processes and customer-focus have played both a consistent and important role. My strength lies in my ability to motivate and inspire the people I work with. The design, (re)build and development of both processes and strategy in existing or new business units is where my experience lies.
