Merlin Chatwin is currently pursuing his PhD at the University of Western Ontario in the Geography Department. His research area is urbanization in developing countries with a focus on governance and economic development in emerging urban areas. He was the Co-Founder and Director of Amplify Governance International Inc. and has over 10 years of domestic and international community development.
