As CD(SA) Specialist at the IoDSA I'm focused on building awareness of the importance of recognizing professional competence amongst practicing directors.
The IoDSA is growing the CD(SA) as a premium designation amongst professional directors in South Africa, targeting seasoned and experienced directors.
We encourage aspiring directors to plan a deliberate career path toward gaining the CD(SA) using the guidelines presented in the CD(SA) Handbook 2016 and the CD(SA) career path.
There are currently more than 50 certified CD(SA)'s and just under 60 individuals enrolled in the assessment process. We hope to double the numbers year-on-year.
