As the Senior Recruiter for City Colleges, I'm responsible for developing and implementing creative, cost effective recruiting programs including advertising, career fairs, college recruiting, employment agencies and use of Internet to fill academic and non-academic positions. I also analyze staffing trends across the District by generating recruitment analysis reports and recommend policy to senior management.
