Position to bring qualitative knowledge and experience in building mechanical systems (HVAC /industrial) installation/maintenance and construction management to academic and instructional settings. Competencies encompasses mechanical piping systems from residential to large commercial and industrial projects. Have proven ability in leadership skills and building rapports with students, faculty and staffs to ensure successful collaborative outcomes for students. Ability to be adaptive and creative for design function for instructional programs and installation methods acceptable for effective student learning . Also developed ability to evaluate craftsmen in mechanical trade
