Guardian's Investment group includes a broad range of asset classes with over $40 billion of global investable assets, including a 2.5% allocation to private equity and venture capital. The private equity portfolio is current $1.4B of commitments across various private equity strategies. I joined the Guardian Private Equity team in New York in early 2012. I primarily support origination, new GP due diligence, re-up considerations with our best performing GPs, conduct portfolio analytics, benchmarking and strategic planning for the PE portfolio.
