In my career I have gained experience as founder, CEO, project manager, product manager, agile coach and agile trainer. Since 2013 I have been running Switch2Agile - Agile Consultancy serving large international customers in telecom, insurance, logistics, hosting, banking sectors. One of main achievements was designing and introducing a scaled agile setup at Berlin’s successful startup – Babbel Lesson Nine GmbH.
