Since 1995 I have focused on the management, design, building, and exploitation of data warehouse solutions across multiple industries and organisations. Some of the major applications implemented in this environment have included campaign management, customer profitability (customer, account, product and channel), franchise analysis and credit risk and statutory reporting. This has brought about insight, savings and opportunity to these businesses.
