I have been living,investing and working in Natal,Brazil for the past 6 years.I obtained permanent residency as an investor,opened a company and gained my real-estate license in 2006.During my time here,I have seen considerable growth in the beach property market and in my personal investments with prices going up 100-300%.
I began by investing in beach properties for myself and family and have since helped a wide range of international investors buy real-estate here on the finest beaches of,Natal,Rio Grande do Norte.
I aim to spend the next 10years in Natal and am very excited to watch the coastline grow and prosper as we get closer to the World Cup and Olympics in 2014-16
