N+2Data Center Team Leader - CMC Tier I support Engineer
Handle day to day operations of a secure data center. Including- file and maintain activity records
- control access to data centers- complete hourly rounds and log data-
- interact with and service clients- data cabling installation, tear down and rebuild network enclosures
- support hands-on requests: reboot servers, replace disk drives, rack servers, etc
- provided evidentiary support for SOC I and II audits
CMC (Cloud Management Center) Provide 1st level support for desktop issues
Report and escalate network and telephony failures - coordinate repairs with clients & carriers
Initiate and document CISCO TAC, Juniper support...
