Role 1: Worked as a research assistant on a study funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation that seeks to understand how low-income students utilize Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) in order to get jobs and improve their economic status. Role 2: Working as a user experience designer & researcher for GradeCraft, a gameful learning management system. Conducting user tests, providing input on GradeCraft pedagogy, and creating wireframes to inform design of the system.
