RESEARCH INTERESTS: My research has the overall theme of cancer and tumor genetics. The main focus of my work includes the study of uterine leiomyoma tumorigenesis using next-generation sequencing and gene expression microarrays. My work includes computational analysis of large scale genomic data with various statistical and bioinformatics tools.
