I currently serve in the Swedish Armed Forces in Afghanistan as the military gender field advisor; advising and supporting the Commanding Officer of the Nordic Baltic Transition Support Unit (NB TSU), ensuring that planning, execution and evaluation properly integrate gender perspective in support of UN Security Council Resolution 1325. I have earlier experiences from the Swedish contingencies FS 19 and 20 in psychological operations, and as the public affairs officer.
